In his first Scottsdale exhibition, Pham Luan, one of Vietnam's most respected artists, has created eloquent paintings of his hometown, Hanoi, and the surrounding flower villages. the landscapes of Pham Luan's Vietnam reflect his positive, confident attitude towards life, in a colorful, painterly style.
